Woohoo! Here's to my THIRD giveaway that will end on NOVEMBER 13, and here is another handmade item from my store babamoon.etsy.com. I will custom make it to your liking in terms of size, color etc :) Note that this giveaway is for the HAT ONLY.






This hat is adorable and light to wear for your baby and has a large attached layered flower on the side!

It is crocheted with 100% acrylic yarn. If you dont wish for my to use this yarn then you can always tell me a color you'd prefer or a combination! You can check out my store to see lots of items using acrylics yarns or others!

Second Handmade Giveaway

Woohoo! Here's to my second giveaway! And to announce, that THERE IS A WINNER for my first giveaway's prize of the Pom Pom baby hat...






...But you'll need to stop by my blog tomorrow to find out who the winner is! Oh the suspense! :D I have to say though I am really chuffed with the response. So many of you entered to the point where there were over 100 entries!!! I am so grateful for your interest, your follows and your efforts to spread the word. Thankyou everyone that took part!

So here's one to have some fun with before Halloween! Another handmade item from my store babamoon.etsy.com that I will custom make to your liking in terms of size, color etc :) Note that this giveaway is for the HEADBAND ONLY.






This was the very first listing to appear in my store and the adorable picture at the top was the first image to front the store before the pom pom hat took over :) This is for me is a special giveaway as the headband before you is where my ideas and designs for my hats all started. This was the beginning of it all! And I'm offering one lucky winner this headband in any combination of colors that they would like, in any size for their baby. This is an international giveaway so everyone around the globe is welcome to join in!

It is crocheted with 100% acrylic yarn. Depending on the colors you may want the brand may vary between Hayfield and Palette yarns (or a combination). You can check out my store to see lots of items using both these brands of acrylic yarn!

My First Saturday Giveaway

Ohhhh am I excited about this!

I decided on Monday as I had featured my 600th Monday Magic seller through the usual fab collection of Etsy newbies, that I would celebrate this weekend with a giveaway!

Not only that but since then i reached 700 blog followers which is wonderful. Thankyou very much for following me and supporting the new artists of Etsy everyone!

This will be the first of many giveaways so I hope you are ready to join in!

The Prize...

A custom made double pom pom hat for your baby, or perhaps for a friend/family members baby :)

It is crocheted with the same gorgeously soft and fluffy polyester yarn that my popular animal hats are made from. You can check out my store to see those if you haven't before!

BESTeam! We Need YOU!

Sunday - Coffee and Cake

We Need YOU! The great thing about the handmade community is the way everyone helps eachother out in some shape or form. Be it a feature, a tweet, a hosted giveaway, or even some advice, we all come together as one big crafting family to pay it forward for eachother and for other causes. I LOVE being a part of this which is why I wanted to dedicate todays post to a team I am part of and most active in. That is the BESTeam on Etsy. BESTeam as you can see from the image (if you have images enabled!) stands for Boosting Etsy Shops Team, and so far we have literally being boosting eachothers web presence and shop/blog traffic on a weekly basis by writing up features of each members work. I myself as a lot of you know had dedicated an entire day each week to do this for my team which is on Tuesdays. I feature a LOT of people on my blog weekly so it has been nice to have a day especially for one of the teams I'm part of.
I do enjoy being a part of this team so today I wanted to put out a call for any Etsy sellers with blogs that may wish to be a part of the team. The criteria really is only the passion and drive to help and and feature other handmade artists (as they will for you too), and the way we rotate means that everyone get's to feature someone different and someone ALWAYS 99% of the time should feature you regularly! I can't think of a better way to build up your backlinks and gain more web presence. I think the team is transitioning into a new development which will allow members to post monthly instead of weekly, which is perfect for those that are a little time strapped. But it's something that I am only just aware of so we'll have to see how it pans out!
